FULL OUT! Professional Coaching

As a professional life coach, I partner with you or your team to achieve WYNNE-WIN situations for all.  I specialize in the Core Energy Coaching Process to bring about a high level change in personal and team development.

INDIVIDUAL GROWTH

Auditioning for a team
(How are you leading yourself through the process?)

The first time on a team (Rookie!!)
(Don't see how to stand out and be a unique contributor to the team? Let's see what your strengths are and how they can be an asset to the team!)

The first time as a returning member on a team (Veteran!!!)
(How can I be the best professional cheerleader that I can be?  How can I affect my team and our ability to achieve our goals and maintain our values?)

Transitioning to retirement - now who am I?
(Where can professional cheerleading take me after I retire?  What skills can I take with me into the next phase of my life?  How do I reclaim my personal identity after being team-focused for so long and now feel a longing to contribute in a new phase of my life?)

LEADERSHIP

Being a first time captain or leadership role
Being a first time coach
Being a veteran coach in need of some rejuvenation!

GROUP COACHING

When the team is newly forming and you need to know how to make this work at an optimal level for the organization and for each individual!
Rookie Transition Program
When the season is over and you want to debrief your experience.
When a team decides to compete and needs a concrete goal to set.

Are you playing FULL OUT or are you just "marking it" as we say in the performance world? Professional cheerleading and dance may be one of the most amazing "schools" to be a part of simply for the fact that it can teach you so much about who you are and how you want to show up in the world.  Its all-encompassing: physical talent, physical appearance, personality, and your confidence level (belief in yourself to be successful) in all three of these areas.

During any of these growth periods, I help cheerleaders, coaches and teams by using a specific five-step process:

1) Defining how you want to show up in the world for optimal success;

2) Breaking through learned patterns and behaviors that no longer serve the individual or team as they move to a new opportunity;

3) Showing how to apply new behaviors and strategies that serve each individual or team's purpose;

4) Setting intentions to make the most impact possible in your life or on your team;

5) And maintaining your body, spirit, mind and relationships at high energy levels to achieve all the goals you have set for yourself or your team.

TESTIMONIALS

"Be the best that you can be", should be a no brainer right? But for some of us it's not that easy. Some of us just need a little push in the right direction, something or someone to motivate you to want to exceed what you have come to know as "your best", and to give you the confidence to believe that you are capable of doing so.  I whole heartedly believe that being under the direction of Wynne has been a pivotal point in my life.  Not only has she encouraged me to become a better performer, and to strengthen my skills as a dancer, she has also guided me to be confident as a person in my professional and personal life alike.  In an attempt to become a quality dancer, I have evolved into a positive and secure woman, and now understand that the two truly go hand in hand.

I wanted to send you an email, this pass weekend I had auditioned for the Indianaplois Colts Cheerleaders, I had made it on to the finals where they have a 3 week "boot camp". I just wanted to take time to thank you for everything I've learned so far this year. I feel I grew so much as a dancer, and as a young lady in my experience with you. I feel I gained so much from being on your team. You really inspired me to try my best always, in all aspects of my life. I appreciate the time you took with us individually in the start of practices to evaluate ourselves. I learned a lot about myself, as well as how I perform. I felt like the halftime performances were some of the times I looked my best as a dancer.
